What we do

• Tax enforcement defense. When a court-ordered collection reaches a company in Brazil — a writ of execution (execução fiscal), a bank freeze under the SISBAJUD system, a garnishment of receivables — we assess the claim, map the deadlines and defend the company at every procedural stage.
• Tax consulting. Tax planning and review within the boundaries of the law: recoverable credits, applicable regimes, the impact of the 2026 tax reform (CBS and IBS) and the tax effects of corporate decisions.
• Tax and administrative litigation. Defense in administrative proceedings (assessments, CARF) and in court, from the administrative stage to the higher courts.
• Credit recovery. Judicial recovery of tax and commercial credits, including cases involving precatórios.
• Social security and customs. Contribution and customs-related tax matters complete the practice.
